Who we are

Roofbird ("Roofbird", "we", "us") provides AI-powered lead intelligence for roofing contractors at roofbird.ai and dashboard.roofbird.ai. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@roofbird.ai.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, company name, and phone number when you create an account or contact us.
• Service data — the territories, zip codes, and service areas you configure, and the lead lists, scores, and reports the product generates for you.
• Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected via cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and advertising conversion tags).

Property data and imagery

Roofbird analyzes publicly available and licensed data sources — including aerial and satellite imagery, public property records, and government weather data (such as NOAA storm reports) — to generate roof condition assessments for properties in the service areas you select. This analysis concerns properties, not the personal lives of their occupants. We do not sell personal information about property occupants.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional messages (receipts, account notices) and product updates — you can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time
• Measure site usage and advertising performance
• Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the product — hosting, analytics, payment processing, and email delivery — under agreements that limit their use of it, or when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for sign-in sessions, preferences, analytics (Google Analytics), and measuring advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads conversion tracking). You can control cookies through your browser settings; the service's core features require session cookies to function.

Data retention and security

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated infrastructure — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@roofbird.ai — we respond within 30 days.

Children

Roofbird is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice.
