How quota actually works
You only pay for leads worth knocking.
Roofs the AI rates low likelihood (recently replaced, wrong material, no visible wear) get scored, filtered out, and don't count against your monthly quota. The whole funnel is visible in the live scan summary on your dashboard.

The boring parts, answered.
Can I really cancel any time?
Yes. One click from your account's billing page, no phone calls, no save-offers. You keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Do unused leads roll over?
No. Quota resets every billing cycle. If you don't use your 500 leads this month, you start next month at 500 again.
What if I run out mid-month?
You can upgrade Hunter → Hunter Pro mid-cycle, the quota increase prorates immediately. Or wait for next month, your service areas and lead history stick around.
What's actually charged to my card on the trial?
Nothing. The free trial doesn't ask for a card at all. We only collect billing info when you start a paid plan.
Refunds?
If the first 30 days don't deliver leads worth knocking, email support@roofbird.ai for a full refund, no friction. After 30 days, cancellation prevents future charges but the current cycle isn't refunded.
Annual billing?
Not yet. We're keeping it month-to-month so you can leave any time. Most crews who'd want an annual discount are also the ones for whom monthly cost is rounding error, so the discount math doesn't help much.
Team accounts / multi-user?
One login per account today. Shared team workspaces are on the roadmap, see the changelog for status.
Custom enterprise plan?
If you're a 20+ rep crew running multiple states, email support@roofbird.ai and we'll figure out a plan that fits. We don't have an enterprise SKU yet but won't make you fit into Hunter Pro if it doesn't.
