Every pack is a one-off payment and gets the whole product. A bigger pack only costs less per credit. A typical list, where you read about 80 roofs and get the owners for the best 30, uses around 20-25 credits. The same credits send postcards: 3 a card for 4×6 or 6×9, 4 for the big 6×11, printing and First-Class postage included.
How credits actually work
Looking is free. Reading is what you pay for.
Every roof in your service area is ranked against its neighbours and mapped, at no cost to you. Credits buy the full read: satellite and street-level imagery, the property record, the storm-claim clock and a door pitch. A scan spends a few; you pick the rest.

Billing FAQ
The boring parts, answered.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-off payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Buy another pack whenever you run low.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you buy are yours until you spend them, whether that is next week or next season.
Can I use credits for postcards?
Yes, the same credits. Tell Roofbird which roofs to mail and it drafts the card, written about what it saw from above, for you to edit and send. A card is 3 credits for 4×6 or 6×9 and 4 for 6×11, and that covers printing, First-Class postage, the address check and each house's own scan-to-call code, which is how you see which cards bring calls. 300 big cards is 1,200 credits. Credits are taken when you send, and any card that can't be mailed is refunded.
What if I run out in the middle of something?
Buy a pack right there, from the screen you are on. It takes a minute and you carry on where you were. Packs start at $49.
What's actually charged to my card on the trial?
Nothing. The free trial doesn't ask for a card at all. We only take payment when you buy a pack.
Team accounts / multi-user?
One login per account today. Shared team workspaces are on the roadmap, see the changelog for status.
Custom enterprise plan?
If you're a 20+ rep crew running multiple states, email support@roofbird.ai and we'll figure out a plan that fits. We don't have an enterprise SKU yet but won't make you fit into a pack if it doesn't.
