Get leads on autopilot. Mail the roofs that need work.
Roofbird already knows which roofs in your area are worn. Now it mails them: a postcard written about each house's own roof, with your photo, rating and offer on it, and a scan-to-call code that tells you exactly which card brought each call.
From 3 credits a card, printing and First-Class postage included.
What we saw from above
From above, your roof shows visible weathering. We could be wrong: a picture can't see everything.

A free, no-pressure roof inspection.
Book by November 6.
Three steps, one sentence to start.
Step 1
Ask for the roofs
“Postcard the worst 300 roofs in Katy.” Roofbird picks the worn roofs, checks every address and leaves out homes you mailed recently.
Step 2
Make the card yours
It drafts a card about each house's roof. Add your photos, logo and Google rating, change any word by chatting, or upload your own front.
Step 3
Send, and see who calls
Type the number of cards to confirm. Every card carries its house's own scan-to-call code, so you see exactly who called.
What's on the card
- ●A headline about what Roofbird saw on that house from above, worded honestly: “from above, your roof looks like it’s getting on in years”, never damage it can’t see
- ●Your offer and the date it runs out
- ●Your own photos: the crew, the truck, a finished job
- ●Your Google star rating and a real five-star review, word for word
- ●Your logo and business name, and your licence number where the state requires it
- ●The house’s own scan-to-call code, so every call is tracked back to the card
Know exactly which cards made your phone ring.
Every card carries its house's own scan-to-call code. The homeowner points a phone camera at it, taps Call, and you're talking. Because each code belongs to one house, every call lands with its story: which campaign, which card, which street.
- ●Delivery for every card, as the post office scans it
- ●Who scanned, who called, and when
- ●Inspections booked and jobs won, per campaign
- ●Cost per call and cost per job, so you know what to mail next
Most mail is a guess you pay for twice. This is mail you can measure.
The math
Mail the 300 that need a roof, not the 3,000 that don't.
A homeowner with a fine roof doesn't call a roofer, however good the card. Mailing a whole ZIP pays to reach every one of them. Roofbird reads every roof first, so your cards only go to the houses that can actually buy, and each card talks about that house's own roof. Same buyers, a fraction of the postage.

3× cheaper per job
with the defaults below, even assuming the targeted card does no better per house than a generic one.
Every call counted
so the second campaign is cheaper than the first: mail more of what brought calls.

Mailing everyone spends $1,620 on 2,700 houses whose roofs are fine, and they were never going to call. Mailing only the roofs that need work reaches the same buyers for $1,200 less.
Illustrative. Calls only come from homes that need a roof, so both columns reach the same buyers; the difference is what you pay to reach them. Your numbers will vary.
Priced per card, from your credits.
Printing, First-Class postage, the address check and per-house tracking are all in the price. The same credit packs as the rest of Roofbird: no subscription, and credits never expire.

Questions roofers ask
How do I start a campaign?
In the same box you ask about roofs. “Postcard the worst 300 roofs in Katy”, “mail the roofs you just found” or “postcards to the homes around my job on Oak St”. Roofbird drafts the campaign and shows you the card. Nothing is printed until you type the number of cards to confirm.
Which houses get a card?
Only roofs Roofbird ranked as worn or needing replacement, from your service area or one of your lists. Every address is checked before anything prints, roofs that look recently replaced are left off, and homes you mailed in the last 45 days are skipped. Before you send, you see the streets and how many houses are on each, and you can leave any street out.
How do I know which cards worked?
Every house gets its own scan-to-call code. The homeowner points a phone camera at it and taps Call, and you see which card, which campaign and which house brought the call. That's how you get a real cost per call and cost per job, and know exactly what to mail next.
Why not just mail the whole neighbourhood?
Because roughly nine in ten of those houses have a roof that's fine, and they won't call however good the card is. Every card to them is postage spent on nobody. Roofbird reads every roof first and mails only the ones that need work, so you reach the same buyers for a fraction of the cost, with a card about their own roof instead of a generic flyer.
Can I change the card, or use my own design?
Yes. Click any line on the card to change it, or tell the AI what you want: friendlier, bolder, a different headline, your truck photo on the front. Or upload a finished front from Canva or your designer. It's checked for size, sharpness, bleed and words too close to the edge before it's accepted. The back stays ours, because it carries the house's scan-to-call code and the address.
What do I see after it goes out?
Delivery for every card as the post office scans it, then who scanned the code, who tapped to call, and the inspections and jobs you mark as won, house by house. Homeowners who don’t want mail can stop it from the same page, and they won’t get another card from you.
What does it cost?
3 credits a card for 4×6 or 6×9 and 4 for 6×11, with printing, First-Class postage, the address check and tracking included. 300 big cards is 1,200 credits. Credits come from the same one-off packs as everything else, never expire, and there is no subscription. A campaign is at least 10 cards. Credits are taken when you send, and any card that can’t be mailed is refunded.
Will the card get me in trouble?
No. Every card, including the ones the AI writes, is checked against the rules that get roofing mail pulled: no insurance or claims language, no “free roof”, nothing that looks like an official notice, and no damage the picture can’t show. Your licence number goes on automatically where the state requires it.
How many calls should I expect?
Plan on 1-2% of the homes you mail calling, and more with a real photo of your work, your Google rating and a clear offer with a deadline. Because every card goes to a roof that needs work, those calls come from people who can actually buy, and the scan-to-call codes show you exactly which ones.
The roofs you'll never knock can still call you.
Tell Roofbird which roofs to mail. You see the card before anything goes out.
