Your leads belong in the tool your crew already opens.

A lead list in somebody else's dashboard is a browser tab that stops getting opened by Thursday. So Roofbird pushes into the CRM you already run — and can read the leads already sitting in it and tell you which of those roofs is worth a call now.

Direction one

New leads, delivered where you work

Scan a neighbourhood, then send the best of it into your CRM — worst roof first. Each record arrives with the roof assessment, the reason to knock today, a pre-written opener, the date of the imagery it was read from, and the DNC status of every number. All of that goes into the CRM's own notes field, so it works on day one with nothing configured.

Turn on automatic sending and every future scan drops its new leads in on its own, capped to a share of the ranking if you only want the top of it. Nobody on your team ever needs to log into Roofbird.

Direction two — the interesting one

The money already in your CRM

You already have hundreds of old leads nobody called back. Point Roofbird at them and it reads every roof and hands back the ones worth chasing now — from records you already trust, with phone numbers you already own.

It runs a batch at a time, only when you press the button, and it never touches your notes. No contact gets unlocked and nothing is charged per contact.

Not on this list?

Every Roofbird account can read its own leads over the API, with signed webhooks that fire when a scan finishes or a lead is created — which is enough to wire up anything that is not on this page, including Zapier or Make. If you run a CRM you would like to see here, tell us which one; the list is ordered by what customers actually ask for.
